Feeding America Plush Dogs

Meet Relish, Quincy, Benson and Rocky, our newest collection of charity plush. Follow along this week to meet our new best friends.
All four of our pups would love to find their forever home with you. Find them at your local Price Chopper/Market 32! Three dollars from every plush purchase supports Feeding America, a nationwide network of food banks that feed more than 46 million people.

Relish might be small but what she lacks in stature she makes up for in personality. She loves to play, cuddle, joke around, and even be a bit mischievous! And Relish loves pickles! That’s why her brow is so wrinkly — it’s the pickle juice.
Quincy is a dapper young pup with a stylish tuxedo coat. He’s gentle, polite, and extremely protective of those he loves the most. Quincy is always up for a promenade, especially around his favorite market where he can find his favorite food, a Boston cream doughnut, since it matches his outfit.
Did you lose something? Benson the Basset Hound is on the case! She’s a whip-smart detective who uses all her senses to find what’s lost. Her droopy ears and extra skin around her neck hold on to scents, helping her use her keen sense of smell to track down even the smallest items, including an extra sharp New York cheddar cheese, her favorite food.
Rocky loves to move and play! While he won’t say no to long runs (especially up and down stairs) his favorite game is fetch. He loves the thrill of the chase and how the stick floats like a butterfly so he can sting like a bee. The only thing Rocky loves more than attention is a giant cheesesteak — hold the bread — it fits better in his bowl that way.

The charitable branch of the Golub Corporation, Price Chopper’s Golub Foundation, was established in 1981 and provides financial support to eligible non-profit 501(c)(3) tax exempt organizations. Contributions are made in the areas of health and human services, arts, culture, education, and youth activities, within Price Chopper/Market 32 marketing areas.
To be considered for support, please follow these guidelines:
- • Submissions must be received no less than 6 weeks prior to the program/event start date.
- • 501(c)(3) organizations are required to upload a copy of their federal ruling letter.
- • Organizations are allowed to make one request for support per fiscal year (May-April).
- • Allow up to 4 weeks for a response.
